Update
This past month I've done a lot!
2 Commercials:
I shot a Bank of New York commercial that should air in a month or two. I play a young mom at the ASPCA (with her daughter), adopting a puppy. No lines, but it was a day's work.
The other commercial was for this new family game called "Guess Who I Am". I play a young mom, again, with her hubby and 2 kids, sitting in the family room playing the game. I have lines this time! I have no idea when this one will air. It might be a YEAR from now. Who knows. I also did some print work for this product.
I've been making some headway at auditions! This week I had 2 call backs for some great roles in some fun musicals. I don't wanna say much yet, but one of them just called me for a 3rd call back, so things are looking good.
I've been going to Soundpainting workshops every Sunday. It's been great because it's basically structured Improv with a director - which is good for me because Improv scares the shyte out of me.I have a new and Fabulous voice teacher, Neil Semer. I've made such great progress with my voice and can't wait to see where it goes and where it takes me.
